Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Fantasia by DeSerio jewelry. If something isn't quite right, eligible online purchases may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of confirmed delivery. 

Please note:
-All-around eternity bands, Fantasia by DeSerio Outlet items and special order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. 
-Shipping charges are non-refundable.
-Fantasia by DeSerio reserves the right to modify any price(s), promotional offers, and/or any other information on the website.

Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, merchandise must be unworn, unaltered and in its original condition, with all tags, packaging and the original sales receipt included.

All returns are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is issued. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration or misuse may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For approved returns within the United States, Fantasia by DeSerio will provide a prepaid return shipping label. A flat $30 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return shipping fees will be waived when the return is due to an error on our part.

For international returns, please contact Customer Care for return shipping instructions.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

A 5% restocking fee applies to the full transaction amount on all approved returns and applicable order cancellations.

Exchanges

We're happy to offer exchanges on eligible purchases. Please note that exchanged items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• All around eternity bands due to sizing
• Fantasia by DeSerio Outlet items
• Special order items
  

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we may assist you.

Fantasia by DeSerio will arrange for the item to be returned and replaced at no charge. Replacement items will be shipped once the original item has been received and inspected.

Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled after processing or production has begun may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover credit card processing and administrative costs.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, or packages refused
by the recipient, may be subject to applicable shipping, carrier return and restocking
fees.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped.

Retail Store Purchases

Fantasia by DeSerio jewelry purchased through a retail partner cannot be returned to Fantasia by DeSerio directly.

Likewise, jewelry purchased on fantasiabydeserio.com cannot be returned to a retail location.

Repairs

To request a repair, please contact us at customerservice@fantasiajewelry.com with a brief description of the repair needed. We will provide a repair authorization number and estimated repair cost. Final costs may be adjusted following examination of the piece.

Fantasia by DeSerio does not accept USPS shipments.

Price Adjustments

Prices listed on fantasiabydeserio.com are subject to change at any time based on market fluctuations in commodity prices and demand.

If the current product price is lower than the price displayed at checkout, you will be charged the lower amount.

If the current product price is higher than the quoted price, we will contact you to confirm the order at the updated price and provide the opportunity to cancel.

In the event of technical errors or incorrect pricing on the website, Fantasia by DeSerio reserves the right to correct pricing prior to processing the order.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Fantasia by DeSerio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This may occur in situations including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product or pricing information, suspected fraud, or issues identified by our payment processing system.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Signature Required Delivery

For security purposes, Fantasia by DeSerio ships orders UPS or FedEx with Signature Required delivery for orders over $1000 USD.

A signature will be required upon delivery to confirm receipt of the package. Fantasia by DeSerio is not responsible for packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier with a signature.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available at the shipping address to sign for the package.
