While we strive to maintain accurate inventory availability, Fantasia by DeSerio is not liable for products that become unavailable or out of stock after an order has been placed.
Should an item become unavailable following order confirmation, our customer service team will contact you promptly by phone or email to resolve the matter.
Delivery
Shipping charges are calculated separately during checkout and are not included in advertised product pricing.
Fantasia by DeSerio ships all orders via FedEx insured delivery. Customers may select from available shipping methods during checkout.
Estimated delivery timing and shipping options will be presented during the ordering process. Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary based on production schedules and carrier transit times.
Fantasia by DeSerio reserves the right to divide orders into partial shipments when necessary. In such cases, customers will only be charged once for shipping.
