Fantasia by DeSerio reserves the right to modify any price(s), promotional offers, and/or any other information on the website.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return any online purchase, except for Special Orders and FINAL SALE items listed below, within 3 days of confirmed delivery according to carrier tracking information for a refund or exchange.
All returns must:
- Include the original sales receipt
- Be unworn and in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in original packaging
Fantasia by DeSerio reserves the right to return any worn, altered, or damaged jewelry to the sender.
All returns require pre-approval and will be issued a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an approved RMA number will not be accepted.
All returned items are subject to a quality assurance inspection before a refund or exchange is issued.
Condition of Returned Merchandise
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all original tags attached and packaging included.
Fantasia by DeSerio reserves the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse, including but not limited to scratches, dents, visible wear, damage to prongs or settings, missing stones or components, alterations performed by another jeweler, or jewelry that has been resized or modified.
Any item that does not meet these requirements will be returned to the sender and will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Restocking Fee
A 5% restocking fee applies to the full transaction amount on all approved returns and applicable order cancellations.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders cancelled after processing or production has begun may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover credit card processing and administrative costs.
Return Shipping Requirements
All return shipments must be sent pre-paid and insured via UPS or FedEx only.
Fantasia by DeSerio does not accept USPS returns. Packages sent via USPS may be refused or returned to the sender.
Fantasia by DeSerio is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of returned shipments.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused by the recipient or returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address, Fantasia by DeSerio will deduct any applicable shipping costs, carrier return fees, and restocking fees from the refund amount.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to re-ship the order.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not returnable.
Retail Store Purchases
Fantasia by DeSerio jewelry purchased through a retail partner cannot be returned to Fantasia by DeSerio directly.
Likewise, jewelry purchased on fantasiabydeserio.com cannot be returned to a retail location.
Final Sale Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- All around eternity bands due to sizing
- Fantasia by DeSerio Outlet items
- Special order items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we may assist you.
Fantasia by DeSerio will arrange for the item to be returned and replaced at no charge. Replacement items will be shipped once the original item has been received and inspected.
Repairs
To request a repair, please contact us at customerservice@fantasiajewelry.com.
Include a brief description of the repair needed and we will provide a repair authorization number along with an estimated repair cost. Final repair costs may be adjusted following examination of the piece.

Repairs must be shipped securely packed, pre-paid and insured via UPS or FedEx only. Fantasia by DeSerio does not accept USPS shipments.
Price Adjustments
Prices listed on fantasiabydeserio.com are subject to change at any time based on market fluctuations in commodity prices and demand.
If the current product price is lower than the price displayed at checkout, you will be charged the lower amount.
If the current product price is higher than the quoted price, we will contact you to confirm the order at the updated price and provide the opportunity to cancel.
In the event of technical errors or incorrect pricing on the website, Fantasia by DeSerio reserves the right to correct pricing prior to processing the order.
Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
Fantasia by DeSerio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This may occur in situations including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product or pricing information, suspected fraud, or issues identified by our payment processing system.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Signature Required Delivery
For security purposes, Fantasia by DeSerio ships orders UPS or FedEx with Signature Required delivery.
A signature will be required upon delivery to confirm receipt of the package. Fantasia by DeSerio is not responsible for packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier with a signature.
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available at the shipping address to sign for the package.
