All returns must include the original sales receipt and be unworn, with tickets attached, and returned in original packaging. We reserve the right to return any worn or damaged jewelry to the sender. All potential returns require preapproval and are assigned a unique RMA number. Exchanges are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. A 5% restocking fee applies to purchases placed after 1/30/2020. Please ship all item(s) pre-paid and insured. Fantasia by DeSerio is not responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted.
